3D spaces can be viewed as full immersive environments for use online or with VR headsets.

These environments can also be explored as interactive environments using VR headsets and hand held controllers.

We can supply your 3D VR environment pre-loaded onto a wireless headset and delivered to you for your presentation - no setup, fuss or wires!

1. I am new to this, how does it work?

We are very open with our process and will take you through how projects are produced and what is required from you to make the best imagery or animations for your project.

2. How much does an image cost?

We need to review basic project information to provide an outline cost.

3. How long does an image take to be created?

Usually between 3 and 7 working days depending on complexity.

4. I need really good images, can you do that?

Yes, we have been creating world class imagery and animations for almost 3 decades.

5. My budget is tight, how can I maximise the imagery for my money?

Tell us your budget at the beginning and we will work with you to get the best imagery for your budget.

6. I think my design might change, is that an issue?

Design changes during a project can add time to our production schedule and will therefore have to be discussed as a potential additional payment as it falls outside the project brief. However, if you suspect the design may change, tell us at the beginning and we can factor it in.

7. Other 3D companies have charged me more for changes, do you do this?

We work diligently to create the best imagery and service as we can and prefer not to charge extra. The best way to prevent additional costs is to let us know from the outset any potential changes you may anticipate. Substantial changes outwith the project brief are chargeable as we need to cover our time in implementing them.

8. What are the best practices for a client to adhere to during a project?

This is a great question and a few simple guidelines go a long way to help us produce the best imagery possible for your project;

• Provide all design information at the beginning

• Changing the design may incur additional costs

• If you have a team of people overseeing the project, please provide one point of contact to liaise with us, this means that the flow of information is managed correctly

• We provide two review stages, please return all comments at these stages.

9. I need imagery which you don’t have on your website, do you do other types of imagery/animations?

Yes, lots! We have created thousands of images and many animations & movies. Our portfolio is broad and only a small selection is shown. Some of the work we have completed is under Non Disclosure Agreements so cannot show it.

10. I need a project completed urgently, can you do this?

We can certainly look at your project and provide a plan on how to achieve it in a compressed timeframe. From experience, almost all projects are possible with the correct planning and communication at the beginning - we love a challenge!
